Emmanuel in the Workplace

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men” Colossians 3:23

Emmanuel in the Worplace is a group set up to support Christians as they go about their daily work and aims to encourage them to serve God in all their endeavours, acting as

  • Messengers of the Gospel, and
  • Examples of how Christians live as “salt and light” in this world,
whilst maintaining a good work life balance!

Quarterly events include guest speakers who give practical ideas to deal with the issues we face in our day to day walk with God. The events include an opportunity to share and discuss workplace issues (as well as pray for one another). From time to time there are also workshops enable us to share in strategies and actions, which help us to encourage one another to live lives set apart as God’s people who actively spread the gospel message.
